deborah-final DEBORAH POLITE (Co-Author, Teacher, Facilitator)

I have worked in many companies, both large and small, doing wonderful work, but with always the question: What good am I doing for others?” I have felt for a long time that my life’s purpose is to help people. I have always questioned everything, whether it be why a doctor wants me to do something to why a specific food is good for me – what are the positives and negatives.Powerful life changes led me to meet Patti who introduced me to a wholistic approach both to life and medicine. With her acupuncture, herbal and nutritional treatments came inspiration and new way to look at the “whole” of my life and to look within myself rather than relying on doctors to learn about my health, happiness and well-being. I scrutinized and questioned her which prompted us to write this book. I want to show people who have even the slightest interest in seeing the “bigger picture” for their lives how to do so. I became an EMT 2012, while continuing to raise my son, be an inspiring and supportive wife, and continue to work in sales. Life in my mid 40s has become a new and powerful adventure that I hope to share with everyone.
